Rink and Laura talk with Dan Stalp from Sandler Training. Dan explains the importance of sales training that is conducted over a longer period of time, not just all crammed into a one-shot session. Dan approaches his clients with a “start people where they are,” philosophy, but he won’t keep them there. He knows how to train his clients to qualify the prospects and move the business forward. “When the game changes, you can tell who the real winners are,” Laura said. That’s what Dan is all about!

In this Hidden Gem, Rink highlights Todd Krass, CEO of Belton Regional Medical Center. Rink was very intrigued by the story behind Todd, who at age 16 was a cook in a mental hospital. Over the years, Todd has worked his way up the ladder and now is thriving in the CEO position.
