Better questions . . . better leaders.

Live with Rink and Laura welcomed Jeff Hutsell to the show. Jeff is multi-talented! He is an experienced executive and entrepreneur, and on the show he highlighted his work as a chair of an organization called Vistage. Vistage has more than 17,000 members worldwide, largely CEOs and business owners, from 15 countries who attend monthly peer group meetings. All told, Vistage facilitates thousands of meetings every year and has truly reached an understanding about the types of executives who receive value from the peer advisory experience.

Jeff, Rink and Laura talked about Vistage . . . among other things, including the evolving leader. CEOs, presidents and managers must ask the right questions. And Jeff knows the right questions . . . from puzzles to Harvard.

For an extra insight into Jeff’s world, check out Levels of Discovery. Rink and Laura love it! You’ll have to see for yourself! In case you missed the show, listen here  Vistage and Jeff Hutsell on July 23, 2013.

Bring it. It’s all in the tagline.

Laura, John, and RinkBring it. That’s right, it is the tagline for Wagner Logistics. Rink and Laura always have a good time with John Wagner of Wagner Logistics. Of course, they have a good time, he is a repeat guest! We love his family story and his original path is not one that you would ever guess. Being a family company, it can be tough continuing to pass it along from generation to generation, but listen to John explain how they keep their company current and superior to other competition. He is a great guy, great friend, and his energy is contagious.
